What are recyclable materials?
Recyclable packaging bags are made of a single material, and any other material composite bags are not recyclable.They are 100% recyclable, and can be easily reused and recycled.
They use less energy and raw material during production, and proper disposal is much easier for the end-user.
Two common recyclable solutions
Currently, there are two recyclable materials certified by Europe, one is PP and the other is PE.
Both support digital printing and gravure printing.
The number 4 in the recycling logo indicates that the material is PE.
PE film weight is light, water resistance and hydrophilicability are good, chemical stable, will not rust, and have good transparency and wear resistance. The three combinations of PE materials are: PE/EVOH-PE, PE/APE, MDOPE/PE. The coffee bag displayed in the left picture is MDOPE/PE.
The number 5 in the recycling logo indicates that the material is PP.
Our company has two kinds of PP recyclable materials, one is glossy ( BOPP / VMOPP / CPP ) and the other is matte effect ( Matt OPP / VMOPP / CPP ). The picture on the left shows bags made with glossy materials. PP material has high tensile strength, and toughness, has extremely high insulating properties. The oxygen permeability and water permeability even reached 0.2, which fully meet the packaging requirements of coffee bean products. Efficiently block water vapor and air, ensure that the taste of coffee beans does not deteriorate.
