MADE BY OUR FACTORY
A white kraft flat bottom bag for a 2 lb fill
We produced this 2 lb coffee bag using white kraft paper and a PLA-based laminate, with a PLA degassing valve. The tall flat bottom format provides separate front, back and side panels for the illustrated storefront artwork.
We used White Kraft Paper / PLA (PLA+PBAT) as the material structure for this bag, at 140 μm film thickness. The laminate, printed panels and pouch construction are brought together in the finished coffee bag. The white kraft and PLA-based combination gives you a paper-look material option to compare with our kraft/VMPET coffee bags.
The photographs also show how a shared illustration can be adapted across different bag heights. You can use this design approach as a reference for a coordinated range, while we develop your own brand artwork and dimensions.
