Start with What You Know

A useful first conversation starts with your coffee and your priorities. You can tell us which decisions are already made and where you would like help.

Starting a New Packaging Project

Describe your brand, whether you pack whole beans or ground coffee, and the fill weight you have in mind. If you have not chosen a bag style, size or material, tell us how you plan to fill, seal and present the package. A logo or a visual reference can help, but complete artwork is not required.

Replacing or Reordering an Existing Bag

Tell us what works in your current packaging and what you want to change. Existing dimensions, photos, material details or previous artwork can provide a starting point. Identify changes to fill weight, design, quantity or delivery plans so the next order can be reviewed against your current needs.

Helpful Details for Your First Message

These details help the discussion; you can start even if some are undecided. Use the Message field on our contact form to explain what you know.

Samples: Know What You Are Reviewing

A sample is most useful when you know which decision it should help you make. Discuss whether you need a material reference, a filling check or a sample made for your own specification.

Sample OptionWhat It Helps You ReviewFee Information
Samples of similar materialsPhysical material feel, finish and the details present in the reference sampleSamples of similar materials are free. Ask us to confirm any sample shipping costs.
Custom samplesThe agreed scope of your own packaging sample, which may include dimensions, features or printed appearanceCustom sample fees are refunded when you place an order. Confirm the sample scope and fee first.

Make Your Sample Review Specific

  • Fill and clearance

Try your intended coffee fill and review the space needed for filling and sealing.

  • Handling and features

Examine how the bag is held, opened and reclosed, including any selected valve or zipper.

  • Your sealing setup

Review the sample with the equipment and conditions you plan to use for packing.

  • Printed appearance

Check the design, text placement and physical finish within the agreed sample scope.

Details to Confirm Before Production

Use the final review to bring the bag specification, artwork and order information together. If a detail changes during development, tell us so it can be reviewed across the project.

ItemWhat to Review
Bag format and dimensionsThe selected style, width, height, gusset where relevant, intended fill and filling or sealing clearance
Material and featuresThe complete material structure, finish, valve, zipper, opening and other agreed details
Artwork and textThe final layout, brand and product wording, barcode artwork if used, and the correct version for each design
Quantity and quotationTotal bags, quantity per design, and the production, sample, setup or shipping items covered by the quote
Sample feedbackThe details actually reviewed, any accepted reference and the changes agreed after reviewing it
Timing and destinationProduction and shipping discussed separately, plus the receiving location and delivery scope

Multiple products may share a bag format while using different text or artwork. Keep each printed version clearly identified so the right design can be matched to its quantity.

Understand the Quote and Request Documents

A useful quotation explains the bag being priced and the items covered. Share your estimated quantity and design versions, and ask us to review any choices that are still open.

Questions About Ordering Custom Coffee Bags

Can I start without finished artwork?

Yes. Contact us with your brand and packaging ideas, even if the artwork is incomplete. We offer free coffee packaging design with unlimited revisions. Once you approve the design, we prepare layered production files free of charge for the agreed bag and printing requirements.

What if I have not chosen the bag size or material?

Tell us whether you pack whole beans or ground coffee, your intended fill weight and how you plan to fill and seal the bags. An existing bag or a photo can also help. We can discuss the options and identify which details a sample should help you review.

What information helps you prepare a quote?

The useful details include bag style, dimensions, material, printing, features, estimated quantity, the number of artwork versions and the delivery destination. If some choices are undecided, say so. We can review them with you and explain the specification and costs covered by the quotation.

Can I order several coffee designs together?

Yes. Send each design and its quantity, and tell us which sizes and materials they share. We can prepare consistent layouts across your range and recommend a printing method for the order.

Are samples free?

Samples of similar materials are free. Custom samples have a fee that is refunded when you place an order. Confirm what the sample will represent, its fee where applicable and any sample shipping costs before arranging it.

What should I check with a sample?

Use it to review the decisions relevant to your project: intended fill, filling and sealing clearance, handling, opening, closure and physical appearance. Review sealing with your own packing setup where needed. Check which details the sample represents, particularly if it is a similar-material reference rather than your own custom sample.

What should be confirmed before production?

Bring together the bag format and dimensions, material and features, final artwork and text, quantity per design, quotation scope, sample feedback and delivery arrangements. Keep each printed version clearly identified. Tell us about any changes so the specification and artwork can be reviewed together.

How long do production and shipping take?

Production takes 7–12 days, and shipping takes 7–10 days. These are separate stages. Share your target date when you contact us so the specification, design, sample discussions and delivery plan can all be considered in your project schedule.

Can you deliver door to door with taxes included?

Yes. Door-to-door delivery is available with taxes included. Share the delivery country and receiving location, and ask us to confirm the shipping arrangement, charges and the scope included in your quotation.

Can I request certifications or discuss sustainable materials?

Yes. Factory certifications and food-contact documentation are available on request and can be shared privately. Describe your target market, intended packaging and sustainability goals in the inquiry. We can review the proposed material and features and the supporting information relevant to that configuration.

What if I only need a small quantity?

Tell us your estimated quantity, bag requirements and number of printed designs. We can review the project and discuss suitable options. Stock coffee bags may also be worth considering for a smaller requirement; ask about current choices and availability.

How do I reorder or change an existing design?

Send your previous order or bag reference and the quantity you need. Point out any changes to coffee text, artwork, size, material, features or destination. We will update the quote and specifications before arranging the reorder.
