Custom sizes, printing and features for your coffee pouches.
We make custom printed stand-up pouches for coffee roasters and brands. Choose the size, film, valve and closure with our team. If you have an existing pouch, send its measurements or a photo so we can help you develop your next bag.
Free design. Unlimited revisions. Free layered production files.
You do not need finished artwork to begin. We help develop the design and prepare layered files for print production after you approve it.
For whole beans or ground coffee. Confirm the final fit and configuration with samples.

A stand-up coffee pouch has front and back panels and a folded bottom gusset. The gusset opens as the pouch is filled, helping create the base for an upright presentation. Review the filled pouch with your actual coffee: its shape and standing behaviour depend on the construction, material and fill.
Stand-up bags are also called stand-up pouches or doypacks. We will show you the bottom gusset, seals and opening on the drawing and sample for your order.
Plan your main design, product information and essential wording around the usable panel areas. The filled pouch can look different from the empty, flat artwork layout.
Review how the base expands with your coffee and how the filled pouch sits on the intended display surface. Confirm the gusset measurement and seal arrangement on the drawing.
Allow usable access for your filling method and clear space for the agreed first heat seal. Check the positions of any zipper, valve or opening feature together.
| Format | Structure to compare | What to review |
|---|---|---|
| Stand-up coffee pouch | Front/back panels with an expanding bottom gusset | Filled base, panel shape, usable fill space and top-seal clearance |
| Flat bottom coffee bag | Formed flat base with side gussets and defined panels | Base shape, panel layout and fit with filling and sealing |
| Side gusset coffee bag | Expanding side panels and the selected seal construction | Gusset expansion, opening access and closure arrangement |
We can quote different formats using the same coffee fill, material, printing and accessories, so you can compare suitable options for your order.
Tell us whether you pack 250 g, 12 oz, 1 lb or another weight. We will help you select the width, height and bottom gusset. Whole beans and ground coffee take up different amounts of space, so try the sample with your own coffee.
Share whether you pack whole beans or ground coffee, the target net weight and your filling method. Tell us whether you fill by hand or with equipment, and share an existing pouch if you have one.
Review the width, height and bottom gusset, with clear units and reference points. Confirm how the gusset is measured on the drawing. External dimensions are not the same as usable space inside the seals and around the zipper.
Trial the candidate pouch with your coffee and filling method. Check how the gusset opens, the filled shape, access for filling and how the pouch stands on your display surface. If standing after partial use matters to your project, include that in the sample review.
Keep coffee clear of the sealing area. Confirm sufficient space for the agreed top seal, any zipper and valve, and check the material with your actual sealer. Review the finished pouch before approving the dimensions.
Share measurements in mm or inches and coffee weight in g, oz or lb. For reference, 12 oz is approximately 340 g by weight; it does not describe a fixed pouch volume.
Explore Coffee Bag SizesStart with the protection, storage and packing conditions your coffee requires, then discuss the complete pouch structure. The outer finish, functional layers, inner sealing layer and accessories all belong in the specification.
| Material direction | What to discuss |
|---|---|
| Film laminates | The full layer structure, oxygen/moisture protection needs, light exposure and sealing behaviour |
| Kraft-paper appearance | The paper finish and all supporting layers; a paper-looking pouch can still be a composite package |
| Recyclable material options | The complete material and accessories, supporting information, and the collection route available in the intended market |
| Compostable material options | The complete configuration, applicable supporting information and intended composting conditions |
We will explain the film layers, valve and closure for each material option. For recyclable or compostable bags, we can also share available documents and help you check the collection or composting conditions in your market.
These features do different jobs. Review them around the coffee you pack, the selected material and the way the pouch will be filled, opened and used.
A one-way valve lets gas from roasted coffee escape while helping limit air entering through the valve. We help you choose a compatible valve and position it clear of your artwork and filling area.
A zipper lets customers close the pouch after use. We position it to leave enough access to the coffee and enough room for the initial heat seal above it.
Choose how customers first open the pouch. We can help you position the opening feature so it is easy to find and clear of important artwork and wording.
Confirm the required sealing clearance and the selected pouch material with your actual sealer. Keep coffee out of the seal area and review the finished seal as part of the filled-pouch trial.
Confirm feature positions before final artwork approval.
Bring your brand idea, logo, product wording or an existing bag. You do not need a designer or finished artwork to start. We help develop a design around the agreed pouch panels, dimensions and production details.
We work with the information you have to develop your coffee pouch artwork.
We work through revisions with you until you approve the design.
After you approve the design, we prepare layered files for print production, matched to the agreed pouch dimensions, printing method and packaging details.
Review the front design and back-panel information on the filled pouch, keeping essential text clear of folds, seals, the valve and the selected opening. For several blends or roasts, confirm which wording changes and the quantity needed for each design.
We offer digital and gravure printing. Share the quantity for each design and your preferred finish. Check the layout on the screen proof and use a physical sample to judge color and feel.

Start with an idea. Final specifications and finished artwork can be developed together.

See the Custom Packaging ProcessThese names usually describe a bottom-gusset pouch. We will show you the exact gusset, seals, opening and dimensions on your bag drawing and sample.
Not automatically. The filled shape depends on the pouch construction, material and coffee fill. Trial the pouch at the intended weight on your display surface. If standing after partial use matters, include that condition in the sample review.
Share the coffee type, target weight, filling method and an existing pouch if available. A fill such as 250 g, 12 oz or 1 lb does not define universal dimensions. Whole beans and ground coffee can occupy different volumes, so trial your actual product and confirm the bottom gusset and sealing clearance.
Freshly roasted coffee releases gas, so a one-way valve can be useful. Tell us whether you pack beans or ground coffee and when you pack after roasting. We will help you choose a suitable valve and position it on the pouch.
A zipper provides reclosure after the customer opens the pouch. Confirm the initial sealing arrangement separately, including sufficient clear space for the agreed heat seal and compatibility between the material and your sealer.
