A digitally printed side gusset bag for 500 g beans
We made this 500 g coffee bag with a 10 × 34 + 6 cm side gusset profile. The tall panels provide room for a vertical printed layout, and the folded sides give the bag its distinctive shape.
We used MATOPP / VMPET / PE as the material structure for this bag, at 140 μm film thickness. The laminate, printed panels and pouch construction are brought together in the finished coffee bag.
Digital printing, a matte laminate and a degassing valve are combined in the finished pouch. This is a useful alternative to a 500 g flat bottom or stand-up format when you prefer the proportions and panel arrangement of a side gusset bag.
