MADE BY OUR FACTORY
A tall side gusset format for 1 kg coffee bags
We made this 1 kg bag in a tall 14 × 40 + 7.5 cm side gusset format. The long front and back panels support a vertically arranged design, with folded side panels completing the package.
We used MDOPE / PE as the material structure for this bag, at 120 μm film thickness. The laminate, printed panels and pouch construction are brought together in the finished coffee bag. This is one of our PE-family material options to compare with the other coffee bag structures in our portfolio.
The gravure-printed MDOPE/PE construction is paired with a PE degassing valve. This bag gives you a reference for a larger coffee pack with a PE-family material choice; we can adapt the panel artwork, size and valve position for your wholesale or retail coffee line.
