MADE BY OUR FACTORY
A pull-tab zipper paired with digital printing
We produced this 12 oz coffee bag with a pull-tab side zipper and a degassing valve. The 15 × 26 + 6 cm flat bottom format leaves the top available for filling and final sealing, with reclosure provided through the side zipper.
We used MATOPP / VMPET / PE as the material structure for this bag, at 140 μm film thickness. The laminate, printed panels and pouch construction are brought together in the finished coffee bag.
The black-and-white digital artwork gives the bag a clear front and back presentation. This is a useful reference when you want to coordinate opening, reclosure and panel design in a custom coffee bag; we can adapt those choices to your brand.
