MADE BY OUR FACTORY
A pocket zipper format for 12 oz ground coffee
We made this 12 oz ground-coffee bag in a 13 × 22 + 8 cm flat bottom format. The pocket zipper creates a reclosable opening, while the top of the bag remains available for filling and the final heat seal.
We used MATOPP / VMPET / PE as the material structure for this bag, at 140 μm film thickness. The laminate, printed panels and pouch construction are brought together in the finished coffee bag.
Gravure printing on the matte laminate gives the bag its printed presentation. This is a useful reference when you want to combine a compact flat bottom shape, a coffee valve and a concealed zipper arrangement in your own packaging.
